Everyone has at least one addiction. Most everyone has many. An addiction is any behavior that you know is self-destructive yet you keep doing it anyway. In other words, ANY activity can be an addiction: social media, exercising (or not), cleaning your house (or not), watching porn, smoking cigs, shopping, eating, reading book, computer games.... you name it. The good news is that it doesn't matter what it is, the addiction uses the same circuitry and programming... and there are proven ways to deal with them.
